My education and career path led me into instructional design and it turned out to be a labor of love. So where did my passion come from?

My interest in technology of all sorts, especially in manufacturing has proven to be my niche. I have been successful working in aerospace, semiconductors, software development and medical device manufacturing. My ability to interview, ask questions and collaborate with subject matter experts is where I excel. By asking questions and listening to the answers, I begin the analysis and needs assessment portion of the process of developing an instructional design project.

My creative skills serve me well to design and create content, be it my background in writing, creating information graphics, photo editing, recording and editing audio voice-overs or video that I create or edit for reuse. This is my foundational skills that allow me to produce quality content.

It is by my ability to identify the needs or pain-points that a client is experiencing and then knitting together my content elements in creative ways develop dynamic learning experiences, based on my understanding of solid adult learning principles and models that gives me the passion to work hard and be successful.

It has been my pleasure to work with teams who have identified training needs, or training concept ideas and to deliver projects that solve those needs. The feedback or testimonials from satisfied clients have proven to be my motivation to break into a freelance career and continue doing what I love to do. I am determined to make this endeavor come to pass and to be able to solicit new clients and new work projects.
